CONGRESO MUNDIAL DE MUJERES TEÓRICAS, INSPIRADORAS Y VALIENTES: PARADIGMAS Y REPRESENTACIONES PARA APRENDER, CONSTRUIR Y CONCEBIR NOCIONES.

Este evento se esforzará en reunir durante tres díasa mujeres de todo el mundo.
Inicialmente debemos concebir, que estamos en esa constante de la desestimación de la otra, y eso nos ha conducido a más insensibilidad, una que no aporta a una sociedad más equilibrada para todas, al punto que hemos creado entes apartes y no sabemos trabajar en equipo entre nos-otras, buscando saltar más de una barrera para evitarnos, ¿por qué pasa esto?
Bajo esta premisa tan incipiente, no hemos coincido en percibir que lo que puede identificarnos, está dentro de una dinámica más cohesiva, comprensiva y desde luego responsable. Una que con la sororidad reconoceremos a la reciprocidad, esa que se anexa a un conjunto de posibilidades, donde cada una, tiene muchos elementos que aportar, para el crecimiento de la otra y viceversa, es por eso, que, reconociendo estos dos aspectos anteriores, se ha determinado y proyectado la realización del congreso mundial de mujeres teóricas, inspiradoras y valientes. Subtitulado paradigmas y representaciones para aprender, construir y concebir nociones.
Donde buscamos coincidir en un tiempo preciso, y prudente para en reafirmar la proposición, que esté no es un encuentro de género en oposición de…, ni de polarizaciones, tampoco es un ambiente para la toxicidad, muy por el contrario, es un espacio, donde a través de un diálogo lejos de ese yo omnipresente; y más desde el ser, con la distinción correspondiente, observaremos, interpretaremos y ¿por qué no?, comprenderemos que hay un lenguaje para significar, ese donde cada esfuerzo, cada vivencia y dificultad ha tenido un propósito correspondiente para llegar al punto donde se encuentra, para que así otras personas, puedan a su vez, aprehender que en ese discernir hay coyunturas.
Al elegir cuidadosamente los ejes temáticos y cada tema que se abordará, debemos tener en consideración, la gran diversidad las mujeres en el mundo, estilos de pensamiento y accionar, por lo cual, este será enmarcado siempre dentro de un espacio claramente inclusivo, donde se le permita a cad una compartir conocimientos y experiencias.
Esperando sea un evento que posibilite esa continuidad, para representar diferentes ejes temáticos, derechos humanos, para un futuro donde sea a través de un entorno de conciliación y legitimidad, con ello dejamos en acuerdo, que esté más que un CONGRESO ES UN ESPACIO ABIERTO PARA COMUNICAR: DE NOSOTRAS PARA USTEDES.

INVITATION TO WORLD CONGRESS OF THEORETICAL, INSPIRING AND BRAVE WOMEN: PARADIGMS AND REPRESENTATIONS TO LEARN, CONSTRUCT AND CONCEIVE NOTIONS

This event will strive to bring together women from all over the world for three days.

- LA VIOLENCIA CONTRA LAS MUJERES Y ENTRE MUJERES: ha sido un tema desestimado y que cada día toma más fuerza, afecta a todas las edades, razas, etnias y clases sociales, genera daños físicos y traumas. Encierra abusos físicos, sexuales, psicológicas, emocionales, acoso laboral, escolar, manipulación, chantaje, entre otros.

- INEQUIDAD Y DESIGUALDAD DE GÉNERO DOS CARAS DE LA MISMA MONEDA: se ha transformado en una dificultad concurrente para el desarrollo de las mujeres.
- Ejemplos: Mecanismos que contribuyen a la inequidad y la desigualdad de género. Factores culturales, sociales, económicos o políticos que contribuyen a estos problemas. Desarrollo de programas y acciiones que impulsen acciones a la igualdad de género. Mecanismos de protección de contra la discriminación. entre otras

- Ejemplos: Discriminaciones y más. Negligencia, condescendencia y permisividad en el acceso a la justicia frente a diferentes acciones de violencia hacia las mujeres. Normalización y desensibilización sistemática de violencia contra las mujeres. Entre otras.
- UNA APROXIMACIÓN DEL GÉNERO CON OTRAS FORMAS DE DESIGUALDAD: es un concepto donde las mujeres experimentan la discriminación y el privilegio de manera simultánea, en función de su raza, etnia, clase social, religión, orientación sexual, identidad de género, etc.
- Ejemplos: El impacto del racismo en la vida de las mujeres. La intersección del género y la discapacidad. Vulneración contra las mujeres indígenas, entre otras.
- OPOSICIONES Y COYUNTURAS QUE DESAFIAN A LAS MUJERES ACTUALMENTE: está enmarcado en las desigualdades e inequidades a las que se ven enfrentadas dentro de la sociedad.
- Ejemplos: La brecha salarial que se enmarca en el género. La ausencia o escases de representación de mujeres en puestos de liderazgo, representaciones en los medios de comunicación. entre otras.
- COLABORACIONES Y CONTRIBUCIONES DE LAS MUJERES EN LA SOCIEDAD: hace referencia al papel que desempeña las mujeres antes y hoy.
- Ejemplos: Las mujeres en las ciencias. Las mujeres en la política. Las mujeres en el arte. Las mujeres y la tecnología, mujeres y deporte, mujeres y la educación, mujeres y el campo, entre otras.
- CULTURA E IDENTIDAD: es un exploración por el reconocimiento de los desafios que enfrentan las mujeres por género, raza, etnia, discapacidad o orientación sexual, encaminándolas a más vulneración de derechos y, transformaciones como enmiendas a lo que les distingue.
- Ejemplos: análisis antropológico sobre la cultura y la mujer. Imaginarios colectivos y representaciones constituidas sobre la mujer. Inexactitudes estereotipadas e incompatibilidades, entre otras.
- NECESIDADES Y COMPROMISOS
- DERECHOS REPRODUCTIVOS Y SEXUALES DE LAS MUJERES: son fundamentales que tienen todas las personas para tomar decisiones libres e informadas sobre su cuerpo y su vida sexual.
- Ejemplos: Relaciones sexuales seguras y placenteras. Protección de contra la violencia y coerción sexual. Acceso a información y atención sobre salud sexual y reproductiva de calidad.
- LA SALUD Y EDUCACIÓN DE LAS MUJERES: La salud y la educación es un aspecto fundamental para el libre desarrollo y afecta no solo la calidad de vida, sino también la salud mental.
